Ella & Alex

married in an intimate 12th century church…

The quiet of St Mary’s Church, Kirkby Fleetham made for a beautiful wedding venue. The entrance to the church grounds adorned with an archway of flowers and beautiful sunshine for a day of emotional celebrating. The wedding photography followed the bride and groom from their separate locations with lots of friends and family.

From the Grooms morning shave and emotional moment with a letter sent from his Bride through to a first dance and cake cutting we captured it all!  Ella and Alex were surrounded by fantastic people and the local Manor House owners gave us access to their stunning rear gardens for the portraits.

Ella arrived by classic car after the guests were ushered into the church. She made a traditional brides entrance with her father walking her down the aisle. The local choir sang beautifully for the couple and on leaving the church a confetti send off was brilliantly executed by family and friends.

The Black Horse at Kirkby Fleetham hosted the wedding breakfast and party with wonderful food and a really intimate atmosphere. Both Ella and Alex were subject of some fabulous words during the speeches with just the odd tear.

The wedding photography for the day finished with the party after capturing a first dance for the happy couple and some lovely shots of the Bride and her Father together on the dance floor.
